One of my favourite Korean Restaurants in Victoria! As someone who lived in Korea for 3 years, man it really reminds me of the Pochas in Korea! Absolutely love coming here. Great service, great portions! I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered off the menu with no complaints at all. Authentic and makes me miss Korea. Bibimbap is amazing, Army Soup is amazing, great fried chicken and Bulgogi fries, I’ve loved everything I’ve tried at all my visits! I hope they keep it up!

Atmosphere and the decor was modern. Have a tablet for ordering. Ordering 2 items for 2 people. I didnt realize the 3 side dishes cost money. Overall food was good and the seafood pancake had nice flavorful chunks of seafood.

Lunch cup bop comes with 3 small banchans(not shown in the picture) at $11(before tax and tip) which was a good deal. The gap between each table was spacious. Clean interior. The atmosphere was quite dark(as this place is more for drinking at night), and at first i thought the place was closed. The server is quite attentive.

Victoria Pocha: A Cozy Korean Feast Just Off the Highway Victoria Pocha is one of those rare finds that feels both comforting and exciting. Tucked just off the highway, it’s the perfect stop for a hearty Korean meal that’s rich in flavor and beautifully presented. I ordered a full spread—braised pork hock (jokbal) that was tender and savory, a bubbling stone pot of soup with mushrooms and greens, fresh vegetables with dipping sauces, and a trio of banchan that added texture and spice to every bite. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The meal was served hot and fresh, with steam rising from the soup and the aroma of seasoned pork filling the air. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, from the crisp lettuce wraps to the perfectly balanced kimchi. Whether you’re craving comfort food or looking to explore Korean flavors, Victoria Pocha delivers a satisfying experience that’s worth the detour. Great food, warm service, and a cozy vibe that makes you want to come back. [Reply to Owner]: Your reply made my day—thank you! I’ll be flying in from Ottawa to Victoria in just two days, and Victoria Pocha is already at the top of my list. Can’t wait to be back at your table, savoring another cozy feast soon!

We arrived at lunchtime on July 10, 2025 and what impressed us most at Victoria Pocha was that each table was equipped with a tablet and could order food through the restaurant's POS, very convenient and modern. The food at the restaurant is delicious, large portions and very authentic. As for the customer service, it was extremely friendly. The portion was so big that we couldn't finish our meal and had to ask for a take-away containers to bring it home. What surprised us was that the server was very thoughtful, she prepared the containers and even included a paper bag so we could carry it easily. We really appreciated this little detail. Thank you so much for making this a great experience for us.

So convenient that this restaurant stays open late! We arrived at 10:50 PM on a Saturday, and the kitchen was still open — no rush, great service, and a warm welcome. The Jewish cuisine here is absolutely delicious — flavorful, juicy dishes full of character. I really appreciated that the menu clearly marks which dishes are spicy. They serve rice on the side, and we even got a complimentary treat from the kitchen. Cozy atmosphere, attentive staff. Definitely coming back!
